Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak demand periods or holidays, times may vary.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship throughout Italy using selected couriers to ensure fast and safe delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and will be communicated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary between 2 and 5 business days depending on the destination. For islands and remote areas, longer delivery times may be required.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor the delivery status.
Damage or Shipping Problems
If the package arrives damaged or has anomalies, please report it immediately to the courier and contact us at barrecaalda@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the damage.
Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are intact, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Products
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of perishable food products, such as cheeses, cured meats, and fresh produce, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors.
Refunds
