The Small Lentil from Villalba in Sicily has unique characteristics, distinguished by its high protein and iron content and low phosphorus and potassium content.

The Villaba variety is produced in fertile soil and grows into plants that can reach 60cm in height.

Grown on compact soil, in addition to having a high degree of flavor, they have the particularity of not falling apart during cooking.


It is a low-glycemic food and therefore also recommended in the diabetic diet.
