 The “Trazzera Marraffa” vineyard of Tenuta San Giaime is located at approximately 850 meters above sea level on a slope facing south-east. This is where the Grillo grape grows, its roots sinking into clayey soil, rich in minerals .

 Straw yellow in color with light greenish hues. The nose is floral and fruity . The characteristic aroma recalls nettle, green pepper, and jasmine. The palate is fresh and savory with good acidity and balanced smoothness .
 After the harvest at the end of August, it continues with fermentation at a controlled temperature and then ages in steel for at least 6-8 months .
